Product description

A perennial shrub from the gooseberry family (grossulariaceae), one of the most popular fruit shrubs in our country. It grows as a bush with a loose and spreading habit, erect, stiff shoots. It grows from 1.5 to 2 m in height. Large, green, lobed leaves on short petioles. Small, yellow-green flowers, collected in hanging clusters, appear in April.

The fruits appear in July and early August. They are greenish at first, pale cream when ripe, with a shiny skin and firm flesh. The fruits stay on the bush for a long time (up to several weeks). Sweet and sour in taste, very delicate. They are rich in vitamin C, potassium, iron, fiber, can be eaten raw. They are mainly used for the production of preserves - jams, juices, wines, tinctures and jellies.

Szanowni Państwo, jestem bardzo zadowolona z otrzymanych od Państwa roślin. Przesyłka dotarła w idealnym stanie a rośliny dobrze zapakowane i w dobrej kondycji. Przesadzone do gruntu już cieszą oko( Hortensje ). Jestem pewna, że wszystkie rośliny przyjmą się, a w następnym sezonie będą pięknie rosnąć w naszym ogrodzie. Jeśli tylko zdecyduję się na kolejny zakup roślin i znajdę coś ciekawego w ofercie to na pewno skorzystam z Flower-Garden
