Rhododendron L. (azalea rhododendron, rhododendron) is one of the most commonly grown ornamental shrubs. Varieties with large, evergreen, leathery leaves are commonly called rhododendrons or rhododendrons, while varieties with soft, delicate leaves dropped partly for the winter are called azaleas. Their biggest advantage are large inflorescences gathered in a canopy. They bloom long and profusely, deserving special attention and a unique place in our gardens.
Japanese azaleas

Rhododendrons
Dark green, leathery leaves and large, spherical inflorescences. One of the most popular and also the most beautiful plants. Some varieties can reach significant sizes. They don't like to grow in full sun. Due to the shallow root system, there is no problem transplanting even old specimens.
