Paczkomaty Inpost - 14,99 zł
InPost Paczkomaty is a system of post office boxes available throughout Poland. It allows you to collect parcels 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The delivery time to a Paczkomat is usually 1 business day from the moment of sending the parcel. The parcel waits to be collected in the Paczkomat for 48 hours, after which it is transferred to the nearest InPost point. This form of delivery is only available for small products, because the maximum size of the parcel that can fit into the box is 39 x 36 x 62 cm, and the weight cannot exceed 25 kg.

Courier delivery - od 15,99 zł
We use the services of DPD and Inpost courier companies. The price of a courier shipment is determined based on the total weight of all products in the basket. Our system automatically calculates the price of the shipment and displays the most advantageous delivery option. The maximum weight of one courier shipment is 30 kg. If this weight is exceeded, a fee for the next shipment is charged, according to the weight range. In the case of a cash on delivery shipment, a fixed fee for cash on delivery (PLN 6) is added. The delivery time is usually 1 business day from the moment of sending the shipment.

Pallet shipment - od 195,00 zł
Larger orders and bulky products are shipped on a pallet. The cost of a pallet shipment includes insurance for the shipment during transport, equal to the value of the order. The maximum actual weight of one courier pallet is 1000 kg, maximum dimensions are 120 x 100 x 220 cm. If the actual or dimensional weight is exceeded, a fee for another pallet is charged, according to the weight range. Delivery time is usually 2 business days from the moment of sending the shipment.

Delivery by our own transport
For larger orders and bulky goods, it is possible to deliver with our transport. The delivery time and cost depend on the place of delivery and are determined individually. During the ordering process, our system will automatically calculate the delivery cost based on the provided delivery address.

We also ship to other European Union countries
We ship to most European Union countries. The shipping price depends on the country of delivery. Delivery time varies from 2 to 4 business days depending on the country. Cash on delivery is not possible. If your country is not on the list of shipping methods, please contact us for a shipping quote - contact details are provided in the contact tab.
Plant shipping schedule
Plants are shipped (depending on weather conditions) from March to the end of November. During the season, the standard order processing time is a maximum of 2 business days. During the winter months (December, January, February), plant shipping is suspended. All plants ordered during this period will be shipped at the beginning of the next season. During the winter pre-sale of plants, the expected shipping date is always provided on the product page and in the order summary.
Plants must be properly prepared after winter - the root ball must be thawed and dry enough. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (snow on the plantation, negative temperature), this process may be extended. We make every effort to ensure that you receive well-protected plants in the right condition. Due to the impossibility of predicting early spring weather conditions, the planned shipping date of plants may be delayed.
