Product description

A shrub with stiff shoots and an upright, spreading habit, quite compact. It reaches about 1.2 m in height and 1.4 in width. Light green, seasonal leaves - fall in winter. It is characterized by very large, fragrant flowers, salmon-pink in color, with a distinct orange spot on the upper petal, with wavy edges. The flowers are gathered in dense, spherical inflorescences on the tops of the shoots. Flowering is very abundant and takes place at the end of May.

Deciduous Azalea need an acidic and permeable substrate - a mixture of acidic peat or composted soil, sand and bark will work well. They lose their leaves in the winter, so they do not dry out or freeze in winter. They are completely frost-resistant in our climate and do not require any winter protection. Azaleas prefer sun or semi-shade positions. They look impressive planted both individually and in a group, in the company of other heather plants - rhododendrons, azaleas, heathers.
