Product description

A shrub with stiff shoots and a loose habit, reaching about 1.5 m in height and 1.3 m in width at the age of 10. Elliptical, juicy green leaves. They turn yellow in the fall and fall off in the winter. Very original, intensively pink flowers. Collected in spherical, star-shaped inflorescences on the top of shoots (resembling pompoms). They do not fade in the sun! It blooms reliably and profusely in May and June. It looks impressive planted both individually and in a group, in the company of other heath plants - rhododendrons, azaleas, heathers.

Deciduous Azalea need an acidic and permeable substrate - a mixture of acidic peat or composted soil, sand and bark will work well. They lose their leaves in the winter, so they do not dry out or freeze in winter. They are completely frost-resistant in our climate and do not require any winter protection. Azaleas prefer sun or semi-shade positions.
